I have been working for months on this personal project and its finally ready for me to start releasing!!!
What is this?
The "A Tooth for A Tooth Project" is a way for me to deal with the stress of surgery (both mental and financial) while putting something out into the world.
For months proceeding my jaw surgery, I have become a little obsessed with teeth. With this project, others have a chance to be tooth fans and show support.
Starting with molars, I'm making a range of different human tooth specimens in (currently) open edition. A 3" x 3" x 3.5" glass dome display housing a hand-dyed, hand sewn wool tooth sculpture will become available in waves starting Sept. 1st 2015 in my shop: http://lanacrooks.storenvy.com ! I will also be introducing metal pins and screen prints of the logos I have been sketching all year.
